So what will you be doing?

  • You develop and apply innovative analytical methodologies for the separation, analysis and in-depth characterization of protein biopharmaceuticals at various development stages
  • You handle complex and scientifically challenging projects for our pharma, biotech and academic partners
  • You design and plan experiments, process experimental data, capture findings in reports and communicate to customers
  • You assist in problem solving during experimental work
  • You implement novel technologies and methodologies
  • You handle multiple and complex studies
  • You coach team members and help them with experimental setups and ensure adequate reporting to the high company standard
  • You interact with other scientists and team members to ensure proper project planning and execution
  • You align with management and commercial team on strategic choices
  • You provide regular updates to customers on project process and way forward
  • You provide training on your field of expertise
  • You report to the Group Leader

  • Deep scientific understanding of analytical testing and characterization of protein biopharmaceuticals
  • Proven HPLC and CE method development skills for proteins and monoclonal antibodies
  • Capable of creative and complex data interpretation and Linking data from multiple experiments
  • Knowledge of protein mass spectrometry and functional assays is a plus
  • Good insights in the different aspects of the biotech and pharma business (technical, scientific, regulatory, commercial)

  • You develop and apply innovative liquid chromatography methodologies for the analysis, identification and quantification of small molecules (e.g. trace organic compounds, active pharmaceutical ingredients, metabolites) in various matrices (e.g. food, soil, water, formulations, buffers, biological fluids, tissue, cells).
  • You handle complex and scientifically challenging projects for our industrial (chemistry, environment, food, pharma, etc.) and academic partners.
  • You design and plan experiments, process experimental data, capture findings in reports and communicate to customers.
  • You coach team members and help them with experimental setups and ensure adequate reporting to the high company standard.
  • You interact with other scientists and team members to ensure proper project planning and execution.
  • You align with our management and our commercial team on strategic choices.
  • You provide regular updates to customers on project process and way forward.
  • You provide internal and external training on your field of expertise.

  • Proven LC method development skills
  • Experienced in sample preparation (liquid extraction, SPE, derivatization, etc.) methodologies for small molecules
  • Hands-on experience with LC data processing using vendor or other software
  • Hands-on experience with detection techniques such as UV, FLD, ELSD and RI
  • Experience in mass spectrometry is a must
  • Critical mindset and good sense for initiative and attention to quality and detail
  • Team player, customer-minded, problem-solving mindset and flexible attitude

Quel sera votre quotidien?

  • Servir nos clients dans votre région: Grand-est, Bourgogne – Franche Comté et une partie des Hauts-de-France
  • Développer une stratégie commerciale pour atteindre ou dépasser vos objectifs
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités, en prospectant de nouveaux clients
  • Analyser le besoin du client afin de proposer la meilleure solution analytique
  • Assurer un suivi commercial total des affaires en collaboration avec les ingénieurs d’application et notre SAV
  • Rapporter vos activités dans notre outil CRM
  • Visiter l’ensemble des clients de votre portefeuille
  • Prospecter physiquement les clients
  • Assurer une veille technique et applicative

  • Vous aimez acquérir et fidéliser des clients
  • Atteindre ou dépasser vos objectifs commerciaux vous motive particulièrement
  • Expériences dans la vente des instrumentations analytiques
  • Une formation en chimie ou chimie analytique
  • Sens démontré des affaires, capacité à structurer et à négocier des ventes
  • Ouvert, à l’écoute et sens du service envers les clients
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et bon sens de la communication
  • Autonome, réactif avec le sens des priorités et des opportunités
  • Au-delà de la formation, c’est avant tout la personnalité, le tempérament et le savoir-être qui seront appréciés avec une maîtrise des techniques de vente
  • La maitrise de l’anglais est un avantage
